Memothe first root goes on chain with the first wave
Three links tie a payout to a person: the address it lands on, the amount, and the minute it arrives. This one cuts two. Every wallet holding more than twenty dollars of $MASKDOG is paid in bills of 0.5, 0.1, 0.05 and 0.01 SOL, every bill is its own transfer, and the whole wave leaves inside one twenty minute window in a shuffled order. The amount says nothing about the size of the bag it came from. The address stays in the open, and that is written on this page as plainly as the rest.
Bills
A share is never sent as a share. It is cut into these four, largest first.
- 0.5SOL
- 0.1SOL
- 0.05SOL
- 0.01SOL
The same function the keeper runs. Greedy, largest bill first, and whatever is left under 0.01 is carried into the next wave instead of being rounded away.

At current network fees a wave of 894 bills to 500 wallets costs the keeper about 0.0009 SOL, which is 0.0045% of a 20 SOL wave. The published rule says that if a wave ever costs more than 5% of itself, the smallest bill is dropped and 0.05 becomes the floor. It has not been close.
Masks
The board carries masks and baskets. No address, no balance, and a new mask number every wave.
No wave has been paid yet. The first board is printed the first Sunday after launch.
A mask is drawn fresh for every wave, so two boards never line up. Only the holder can tell which mask is theirs, and only by signing with the wallet in plate IV.
Mine
Your mask, your bills and the proof that the amount on chain is the amount you were owed.
A signed message, never a transaction. Nothing is sent, nothing is spent, and the signature only proves the wallet is yours.
Not signed yet.
Rule
The whole machine, in the order it runs.
- Fees arrive. Creator fees of $MASKDOG sit on the launch wallet and are forwarded to the keeper by hand. Of every forward, 70% goes to the wave, 20% buys $MASKDOG back and burns it, 10% pays the network.
- Sunday 18:00 UTC, the book is read. Every wallet holding more than 20 dollars of $MASKDOG counts. The bonding curve, the pool and the keeper itself do not. Each wallet gets a share of the pot by balance.
- The share becomes bills. Greedy, largest first, 0.5 then 0.1 then 0.05 then 0.01. What is left under 0.01 is carried and keeps accruing until it is a whole bill.
- The wave leaves. Every bill is its own transfer, the order is shuffled, the transactions are scattered at random across twenty minutes, and no transaction ever carries two bills for the same wallet. One memo carries the merkle root of the whole week.
What this cuts
The amount. Four sizes for everybody, so a transfer of 0.1 SOL is a transfer of 0.1 SOL whether the wallet holds 0.4% or 4% of the supply.
The minute. One window, random order, random gaps. Being paid early says nothing, being paid late says nothing.
What it does not
The address. Every transfer is public and so is every wallet it lands on. Anyone who wants the payouts separate from the bag holds $MASKDOG on one wallet and spends from another.
The count. A wallet with a lot of bills is a big wallet. That is why the board shows baskets and not numbers, and why the order is shuffled, and it is still the weakest part of this.
$MASKDOG is a memecoin. Buying one is not an investment and the wave only pays what the creator fees of a traded coin add up to, which can be nothing. The payout rule hides the amount and the minute. It does not hide the wallet.
